Important information.

  • •By making a booking for our field you are automatically agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set out below. Any violation to these T &Cs will lead to removal of all future rights to use the field and future bookings.

    •Use of the field is strictly by pre booked appointment only. By booking in you consent to be added to our mailing lists – contact us to opt out.

    All payments are to be made at time of booking – the field can only be used once it has been booked and paid for.

    •Bookings are non transferable to other people.

    •Please ensure that your dog’s vaccinations and wormers are up to date. If your dog, or any it lives with is showing ill health you must cancel your session.

    • While the park is suitable for all breeds and ages of dogs, owners should note that dogs should be over 12 months of age before using the agility obstacles. There are plenty of low/no impact exercises in the park for puppies and older dogs to enjoy. Owners should be aware of their dog’s ability, fitness and general health before attempting any of the obstacles.

    •Bookings cannot be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of the planned session start time.

    •Off Lead Agility has the right to cancel any booking at any time (ie unsafe weather conditions, home emergency). Payment refunds will be issued but costs incurred (ie travel expense) will not be reimbursed.

    •Any late arrivals must still adhere to their allotted departure time.

    •You will still be charged in full if you do not turn up for your slot.

  • •Please do not arrive in the car park more than five minutes before your booking is due to start and please keep your dog(s) in your vehicle until the field is vacant in order to prevent stress to nervous or reactive dogs.

    •If another user is late in leaving the dog park, please email offleadagility@outlook.com

    •Drive slowly along the laneway with consideration for other users – 5mph speed limit.

    •Please park in the parking bays marked out and refrain from letting your dog run free in the parking area

  • •Do not exercise your dog outside the secure field area and keep your dog on the lead until you are within the boundary fencing with the gate closed.

    •Your dog remains your own responsibility whilst using the field and should not be left unattended.

    Off Lead Agility supports positive dog training methods and does not accept the use of cruel behaviour towards dogs on our site.

    •Please ensure that you close the gate properly behind you when you enter the field. You are responsible for making sure that the gate is secure and that your dog cannot escape through the gate.

    •You are responsible for picking up your dog’s poo and place it in the bin provided. All other litter is to be placed in the bin in The Dog Shed

    •Do not allow your dog to dig holes in the field - they may dig in the sand pit.

    •Please take all balls and toys that you bring into the field away with you. If these have been chewed or broken, you must ensure that the field is cleaned up and these are removed. Please be as careful as possible not to drop treats or biscuits if you do and they aren’t eaten please try and collect them. Some dogs like humans can be allergic to certain ingredients.

    •Off Lead Agility cannot be held responsible for anything your dog may eat while it's on our premises - you are responsible for what your dog eats.

    •You acknowledge that there is CCTV in operation at all times.

    •In the event of extreme weather conditions we may feel it necessary to cancel your booking, wherein we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of cancellation and will endeavour to offer you an alternative date and time if available.

    •By agreeing to the terms and conditions you are happy for us to use any pictures or video of yourself, your dog for social media or the website. (Please inform us via email if you would rather opt out of this.)

    •You accept that your use and enjoyment of the secure field, which includes the car park and path/driveway leading to the field is entirely at your own risk and as such, agree not to hold Off Lead Agility responsible for any injury to you, your family/friends or your dog(s) arising from your use and enjoyment of the secure field. Moreover, the fenced section of the field is a large outdoor space, with the potential for areas of uneven ground or holes which could be concealed under grass or other vegetation, and could contain other hazards consistent with the countryside and, any as such, any incidence of same which causes or contributes to injury to you, your family, friends or your dog(s); Off Lead Agility cannot be held liable. As part of your use and enjoyment of the secure field; you agree not to let anyone else into the secure fenced area, other than any friends or family members you have brought with you to enjoy walking your dogs. Wear appropriate footwear and outer clothing.

    •You accept that all equipment in the fields is only for the use of the dogs and you will not climb, play or stand on any of the equipment or permit anyone else to do so. You agree not to hold Off Lead Agility responsible for any injury to you, your family, friends or your dog(s) arising from your use of the equipment in the field.

    •In the event of bringing a friend or family member, you agree that you assume responsibility for their safety and ensure that they abide by these terms and conditions at all times whilst using the field.

    •As part of your use and enjoyment of the field, you agree not to enter any buildings or other parts of the premises, including any restricted areas of the field.

    •The fences and gate are regularly checked. However, as part of your use and enjoyment of the field you agree to be mindful of any holes or other damage to the fence or gate. Such damage may occur from time to time for various reasons, including digging by dogs or other animals (which may cause an opening or breach in either the gate or fence), falling trees or branches and general wear and tear. If you become aware of, or observe, any issue with the condition of the fence or gate, please make us aware immediately so that we can alert other users and so that we can repair it as soon as possible. Off Lead Agility cannot accept responsibility for any dog escaping the field through either the gate or fence, irrespective of whether this is a consequence of a defect in the fence or gate or whether we have notified you in advance or not.

    •Off Lead Agility cannot be held liable for any injury to your dog or for any injury or damage caused by your dog(s) in and around the premises. Accordingly, all dogs must be kept on a secure leash between the car park and the secure field. In addition, Off Lead Agility will not be liable for any injury or damage sustained or caused by your dog in the event that the dog, for whichever reason, becomes untethered. This includes, but is in no way restricted to; your dog running wild in or out-with the car park or path, or suffering injury or harm on near-by road(s), or being attacked by another dog.

    •Fresh water and bowls are available at all times - please remember to turn off the hose if used.

    •Do not climb on the fence or gate.

    •You are welcome to bring your own toys/agility items but please ensure that these are packed away before your appointment is over.

    •Children are welcome but please ensure they stay with you in the field and are well behaved at all times. Please ensure they do not play in the sand pit, paddling pool or on the agility equipment. These are for dog use only. Please be aware, whilst every effort is taken to ensure there is no dog poo on the field, it could sometimes be missed. Please ensure children are in the car before the arrival of the next customer.

    •Use of agility equipment is entirely at your own risk. The use of the paddling pool and sandpit is also entirely at your own risk.

    •Only meet with others in the field if you know your dog is friendly. It is your responsibility to keep your eye on your dog's behaviour at all times.

    •Professional hirers (dog walkers, trainers etc) must use their own insurance when using the field.

    •There are no toilets on site.

    •Users must inspect the field prior to using it to ensure it is suitable to use with their dog(s) ·

    •During bad weather the field will get muddy therefore waterproof boots and suitable clothing are advised.

  • •You must return to your car within the 30 minute or 60 minute session. This includes the time taken to enter the dog park and securely return all dogs to your vehicle.

    •Please take extra care when exiting the laneway onto Gorse Road.

    •If you are waiting to enter the field please allow sufficient space for the previous user to leave.

    •Any additional over run time must be paid for as an additional slot.

    Any left over dog toys will be donated to charity.

Terms and Conditions

  • Off Lead Agility and its facilities are to be enjoyed, but this is entirely at the user’s own risk. Off Lead Agility will not take any responsibility for a dog escaping from the field. The fencing is highly secure but not completely escape proof. The owner is responsible for their dog at all times. No responsibility is taken by the owners of Off Lead Agility for any injury or loss incurred. Vehicles and contents are left at their owner’s risk.

  • Under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) Off Lead Agility control and / or process any personal information about you electronically using the following lawful basis.

    Lawful basis: Consent

    The reason Off Lead Agility use this - we require your consent, which you grant by providing the information, to collect and use your personal contact information.

    We process your information in order to assign your booking(s) to you and to contact you about current or future bookings.

    Data retention period – Off Lead Agility will continue to process your information under this basis until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists.

    Off Lead Agility do not share your information with third parties. However by making payment through our website you provide payment details to our third party processor Stripe
